HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1979-288CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10 21st day of May , 19-2-9L. The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: None Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 79-288 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND DEERWOOD MEADOWS ADDITION (A-784) WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated September 22, 1978, Parklands Development, Developer of Deerwood Meadows Addition (A-784), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below, and WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to reflect the completed work, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY JF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM Street Construction Sanitary Sewer Watermain Storm Sewer Boulevard Sod Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs Street Sweeping & ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT $ 62,302.00 $ 44,777.00 63,957.50 0.00 45,180.25 0.00 32,450.00 0.00 9,400.00 9,400.00 0.00 0.00 600.00 600.00 Storm Sewer Cleaning 11000.00 11000.00 Erosion Control 2,000.00 2,0On.OJ Site Grading 0.00 0.00 Design, Admin., Inspection 26,026.77 6,933.00 TOTALS $242,916.52 $ 64,710.00 That the Letter of Credit, which was previously reduced to $80,570, be further reduced to $64,710 to reflect the completed work. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer are accepted, as of December 18, 1978 for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the Developer. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by ' Councilmemb r 4ells , and upon vote being taken thereon, the. following vote !.n tayor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt.
