HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1979-287CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regglar meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21st day of May , 1979 . The following members were Mayor yor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: None Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 79- 287 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND KINGSWOOD FARM ADDITION (A-759) WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated August 9, 1978, Centurion Company, Developer of Kingswood Farm Addition (A-759), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below, and WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to reflect the completed work, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM Street Construction Sanitary Sewer Watermain Storm Sewer Boulevard Sod Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs Street Sweeping & ORIGINAL AMOUNT $ 134,900 125,500 105,300 54,800 16,800 0 1,800 Storm Sewer Cleaning 11500 Erosion Control 2,000 Site Grading 41,000 Design, Admin., Inspection, etc. 58,032 TOTALS $ 541,632 NEW AMOUNT $ 134,900 12,550 10,530 5,480 16,800 0 1,800 1,500 2,000 0 22,267 $ 207,827 That the Letter of Credit be reduced to $207,827 to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by CqVncilmember ils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereo : Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth 75-To"75-To"I lowing votea against ora sta ne ; None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
