RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
PROJECT NO. 853, 807 AND 911
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH AND VICKSBURG LANE UTILITIES - CONTRACT III
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of
the Downtown
Plymouth and Vicksburg Lane Utilities - Contract III (Project 853, 807
and 911; and
WHEREAS, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and
the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

AND, WHEREAS, it appears that Northdale Construct is the lowest responsible
bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into
the attached contract, after concurrence is received from the Minnesota
Department of Transportation, with Northdale Construction of Minneapolis,
Minnesota, in the name of the City of Plymouth, for the construction of
Downtown Plymouth and Vicksburg Lane Utilities - Contract III (Project
853, 807 and 911) in the amount of $1,020,786.50, including Alternate
Bid No. 1 and 2.

2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to
all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits
of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained
until a contract has been signed.
