Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota was held on t e
21st day of May , 1979 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hot Neils, Seibold and_ Spaeth
The following members were absent: None

Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 79-277
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR EXISTING PLATTED PROPERTY FOR RON TOWNSEND (79030)
WHEREAS Ron Townsend, 12255 24th Ave. N. has requested a consolidation of existing
platted parcels within the City of Plymouth;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve the following consolidation
and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City policy when the consolidation has been approved by
e Hennepin County:
Existing property to be consolidated:
Lot 1, Block 7, Elmhurst, PIN 26-118-22-21-0093
Lot 2, Block 7, Elmhurst, PIN 26-118-22-21-0094
To be consolidated into a single parcel
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo e n favor thereof; Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils.
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pa%sed and adopted.
