Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
21st day of �____ M_�a� , 1119 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt,�i me'T m e�F%yt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 79-276
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION OF PROPERTY WITHIN SHENANDOAH 2ND ADDITION
FOR MARVIN H. ANDERSON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (79033)
WHEREAS Marvin H. Anderson Construction Company has requested consolidation and
division of several existing platted parcels within Shenandoah 2nd Addition with
the City of Plymouth;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve the following consolidations
and divisions and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary
special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the consolidations
and divisions are approved by Hennepin County:
