RESOLUTION NO. 2009-286
A RESOLUTION TO AMEND SECTION 3 OF THE CITY PERSONNEL POLICY,
REMOVING TUITION REIMBURSEMENT
WHEREAS, City staff periodically reviews the Personnel Policy and recommends
changes to reflect changes to benefits; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that the benefits section be amended to
reflect changes to the City's budget allotments withdrawing funding for tuition reimbursement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve an
amendment to the Personnel Policy, deleting Article III -18 thereof, and any clerical and ordering
changes necessary for publication.
