Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,Minnesota waseNeld on the
21st day of _ May , 1979 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Ho t, Neils Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
uncilmember Neilsintroduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION 79-275
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION/
DIVISION FOR EDWARD SCHOMMER (79027)
WHEREAS the Cit- Council has approved the lot division/consolidation/division for
Edward Schommei,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be
met prior to filing of said lot division/consolidation/division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's memorandum including provisions for
necessary utility and drainage easements;
2. Payment of park dedication fees in lieu of dedication for one lot in
accordance with Park Dedication Poli -v in effect at the time of filing
of the division;
3. Access to the new lot shall be from 30th Ave. N.
4. Utility stubs shall be provided at property owner's expense and
area or REC charges not previously assessed shall be brought
forward and become payable at the current rate in effect.
The motiop for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote In Tayor thereof, Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils.__
Seibold and Spaeth
