CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a -regular meeting of the City
Council of the City c,r Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of
May 21 , 19 79 . The following members were present: ayor unt,
un ilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The fo owing members were absent: None

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption: -
RESOLUTION 79-274
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION INVOLVING UNPLATTED PROPERTY AT
18720 30TH AVE. N. FOR EDWARD SCHOMMER (79027)
WHEREAS Edward Schommer, 18745 County Rd. 24, has requested a division/consoli-
dation/division of existing platted and unplatted property within the City of
Plymouth;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota,
that it should and hereby does approve the following division/consolidation/
division and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City policy when the division/consolidation/
divisions are approved by Hennepin County:
Existing property to be divided/consolidated/divided:
Plat 43719, Parcel 2017, PIN 19-118-22-32-0071
Outlot B, Greentree West Addition, PIN 19-118-22-32-0070
Parcels resulting from division/consolidation/division:
#1 - The west 120' of the east 330' of the north 218.83' of the northwest
of the southwest 4 of Section 19, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin
County, Minnesota
#2 - That part of the west 120' of the east 330' of the north 360' of the
northwest ; of the southwest < of Section 19, Township 118, Range 22,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying south of the north 218.83' thereof.
Also the east 120' of Outlot B, Greentree West, according to the
recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
#3 - Outlot B, Greentree West according to the recorded plat thereof,
Hennepin County, Minnesota; EXCEPT the east 120' thereof
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmembe, Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
0 owls voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Hoyt, Nyii-_
Seibold and Spaeth
