Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a don t e

RESOLUTION 79-273
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR RU -SELL ALMQUIST FOR "BIRCH HILL" (A-847)
WHEREAS Russell Almquist has requested approval of a preliminary plat for five
single family dwelling lots at Upland Lane and 5th Ave. N. extended; and
WHEREAS the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public
hearing and has recommended approval;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Russell Almquist
for preliminary plat approval for "Birch Hill" consisting of five single family
dwelling lots at Upland Lane and 5th Ave. N. extended subject to the following
conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's memorandum for this project;
2. Payment of park dedication fees in lieu of dedication in an amount de-
termined according to the approved number of lots and according to the
City Council's Park Dedication Policy in effect at the time of filing
of final plat;
3. No private driveway access onto Vicksburg Lane;
4. Removal or demolition of all free standing accessory structures not on
the same property as the existing dwelling;
5. Removal of all dead or dying trees on the property at the owner's expense;
6. Approval of 16' lot width variances for proposed lots 2 & 3 and of lot
and side yard setbacis of 10' and 15' of existing dwelling on proposed
lot 1
