The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, Cr o� unci mem ers oyt,VeeMs, Seibold and Spaeth The following mem ers were absent- one Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its a option: RESOLUTION NO. 79-271 SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF REZONING ORDINANCE RELATIVE TO PROPERTY AT NORTHWEST CORNER OF PILGRIM LANE AND LANCASTER LANE (79014) WHEREAS, Metram Properties, Inc. has requested rezoning from R-4 to B-1 of the 3.6 acre site at the northwest corner of Pilgrim Lane and Lancaster Lane; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and has recommended approval in accordance with the General Development Plan, dated April 18, 1979, and subject to the condition that a professional traffic analysis shall be provided of the area between County Road 9 and 36th Avenue North prior to development; and WHEREAS, the proposed use is of a low intensity business use to effect a specific transition to single-family housing; and WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the request; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following as a condition to be met prior to publication of the ordinance rezoning the above described site as proposed by Metram Properties, Inc.: 1. A professional traffic impact analysis shall be provided of the area between County Road 9 and 36th Avenue North which shall take into account existing development and the approved General Development Plan dated April 18, 1979. 2. Requiring detailed site plans to be approved by the City as implementation of the General Development Plan.
