Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ulameeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota war sheid on the
21st day of May , 1979 . The following mpmhPrs were
present: mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Hovt. Neils. Seibold and Snaeth

Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adopton:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-269
CONFIRMING ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
TURTLE LAKE AREA - PROJECT NO. 920
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 79-224 of the City Council adopted the sixteenth
day of April, 1979, Project No. 920 (Turtle Lake Area) was ordered as proposed
in the Council Resolution adopted January, 1979; and
WHEREAS, the City Council determined that additional area would benefit from
said improvement and by Resolution No. 79-224 adopted the sixteenth day of
April, 1979 established an additional public hearing for this benefited area; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the twenty-
first day of May, 1979 at which.time all persons desiring to be heard were
given an opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Project No. 920 (Turtle Lake Area) as ordered by Resolution No.
79-224 is reconfirmed without any amendment to said Resolution.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
-f-0O-wing voted in favor t ereo Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
