Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
• 7th day of May 19 79. The following members were
present:

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-268
RESOLUTION APPROVING ACQUISITION AND INSTALLATION OF CLASS III TRAIL SIGNS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has an adopted Trail System Plan identifying
Class III trails, and
WHEREAS, the adopted 1979-83 Parks Capital Improvements Program contemplates
a $2,000 special projects expenditure, and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission supports staff's
recommendation to sign/identify Class III trails,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
. MINNESOTA that:
1) Funds be appropriated from the Parks Dediciation Fund trails account to the
Class III trails construction account, 401-401-731-932
2) Staff be directed to order and have installed the appropriate signs along
Class III trail routes
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
