Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ' regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
7th day of May , 1979 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt. Coun ilmerber Hoyt. Seibold and Spaeth

move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-265
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF TOPOGRAPHY SURVEYS TIED INTO
BOUNDARY SURVEYS FOR THE SHILOH AND GLEANLOCH NEIGHBORHOOD PARKS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has adopted the 1979 Parks CIP reflecting the
proposed development of Shiloh and Gleanloch neighborhood parks; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has selected the firm of David A. Kirscht and
Associates to prepare the concept designs; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable to prepare accurate topography and boundaries
survey information for the neighborhood parks; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends that the firm of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and
Associates be contacted to prepare the boundary and topography survey
information for a fee not to exceed $2,500
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that funds in the amount of $2,500 be appropriated from the Parks
Dedication Fund Neighborhood Parks Account to the Construction Accounts of
401-401-810-930 and 401-401-810-931 for purposes of preparing boundary and
topography surveys and that lands dedication for public park purposes shall
be required to have a certified topography tied into the boundaries at time
of dedication.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
