RESOLUTION NO. 79-264
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
FERNBROOK LANEIRIDGECREST ADDITION UTILITIES
PROJECT NO. 804-001 and 829
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4, dated April 26, 1979, for C. W. Houle
Landscaping has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc.
and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 4 in the amount of $69,989.07 to C. W. Houle Landscaping for Project
804-001 and 829.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
I CounrilmemberHoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
f o lowing vote in favor thereof: reof: _ Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Seibold
and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passR and adopted.
