Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
.7th day of ��flay_19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Counci mem ers oyt,—Seibold and Spaeth

Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-259
ORDERING IMPROVMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
PROJECT NO. 813
STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS OAKVIEW LANE
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 78-703 of the City Council, adopted the 23rd day of
October, 1978, fixed a date for a Public Hearing on Oakview Lane north of T. H.
55 by installation of storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 20th day of
November, 1978, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
. 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
adopted October 23, 1978, except deleting the northerly storm sewer improvements.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates is hereby designated as engineer
for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the
making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, th
o owing vote in avor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Seibold
and Spaeth
The fol—lowing voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
