Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular _ meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,Min seno towa- —s Field on the
7th day of May , 19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hot Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmember Neils
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-258
APPROVING CO. RD. 9 AND ZACHARY LANE INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, Layout No. 2, County Project No. 7910 showing the proposed improvement
of County State Aid Highway No. 9 at its intersection with Zachary Lane within
the limits of the City has been prepared and presented to the City by Hennepin
County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
That said Layout No. 2 be in all things approved and that Hennepin County is
hereby authorized by the City to acquire all rights of way, permits and/or
easements required for said improvement in accordance with said Layout No. 2.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
