Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, t4lnnesota was --f heldonthe

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79- 255
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING MISSION HILLS PARK 5TH ADDITION;
WEST RIDGE ESTATES 1ST ADDITION; DEERWOOD MEADOWS, PLAT II;
FERNDALE NORTH 4TH ADDITION; KINGSWOOD FARM ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted April 16, 1979 and May
7, 1979, reports have been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the
improvement of the Mission Hills Park 5th Addition; West Ridge Estates 1st
Addition; Deerwood Meadows, Plat II; Ferndale North 4th Addition and Kingswood
Farm Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and
these reports were received by the Council on May 7, 1979.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location
of the improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions
adopted April 16, 1979 and May 7, 1979. The petitioners have waived their
right to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for those improvements.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States
Power Company.
