Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Pesolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-253
ACCEPTING PETITION FOR IMPROVEMENTS
AND ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS AS AMENDMENT TO PROJECT 908
PLAYHOUSE INDUSTRIAL PARK, 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the owner of the property described on the Preliminary Plat of Playhouse
Industrial Park, 2nd Addition has petitioned the City Council for the necessary
Public Improvements for the development,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council accepts the petition from the Playhouse Company, Inc.,
the owners of the property known as Playhouse Industrial Park, 2nd
Addition.
2. The petition requesting the improvements is hereby delcared to be
signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby.
This declaration is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035.
3. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they
have waived their rights to public improvement and special assessment
hearings.
4. Such improvement is hereby ordered as an amendment to Project 908
(Medina Road Area).
5. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as
the engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifi-
cations for the makings of such improvement.
' The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt-- , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
tollowing voted in favor thereof: _ layor Hunt, Councilme_mb_ers Hoyt, Seibold
and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
