' Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 7th day of

APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
PROJECTS 707, 914, 921 and 922
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions passed by the Council as follows:
1. Project No. 707 - Seven Ponds Area
Resolution No. 79-103; February 20, 1979
2. Project No. 914 - 16th Avenue from County Road 6 to Hinhway 55
Resolution No. 79-115; February 26, 1979
3. Project No. 921 - Hadley Place - Oueensland Area
Resolution No. 79-177: April 2, 1979
4. Project No. 922 - Kingswood Farm Watermain
Resolution No. 79-178; April 2, 1979
the City's consulting engineer, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc.
has prepared plans and specifications for the following improvements:

Project 707 - Seven Ponds area including Holly Lane, 32nd Avenue North and
CSAH 24 from Dunkirk Lane to T.H. 101 by the installation of sanitary sewer,
watermain, storm sewer, 7 -ton bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter
and all necessary appurtenances.
2. Project 914 - 16th Avenue - County Road No. 6 to Highway No. 55 by the
installation of a 9 -ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter with
all necessary drainage facilities, sanitary sewer, watermain and all necessary
appurtenances.
3. Project 921 - Hadley Place - Queensland Lane are by the installation of
bituminous surface with concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain,
storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances.
4. Project 922 - Kingswood Farm - Highway 101 by installation of a watermain
from the Luce Line Trail to First Avenue.
It, and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval.

N0W, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official
paper and in The Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon
the making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifi-
cations. The advertisement shall be published for three days, shall
specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be received by
the Clerk until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, May 31, 1979, at which time they
will be publicly opened in the Plymouth City Center at 3400 Plymouth
Blvd., Plymouth, Minnesota, by the City Manager and that no bids will
be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied
by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable
to the Clerk for five percent (5.) of the amount of such bid.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Hoyt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted r thereof. Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Hoyt. Seibold

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
