Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
23rd day of April , 1979 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils .Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Norse
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-238
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO ANNEXATION OF PLAT 44660, PARCEL 5503
TO THE CITY OF WAYZATA
WHEREAS, the City Council be Resolution No. 79-237 has approved the annexation
to the City of Wayzata of an approximate three acre parcel of property described
as follows:
That part of Lot 9, Wayzata Farmsteads, which lies westerly of
a line drawn from a point in the northerly line of said Lot 9,
distant 329.00 feet easterly of the northwest corner thereof to
a point in the south line of said Lot 9 distant 373.72 feet east
of the southwest corner thereof
to the Citv of Wayzata, and
WHEREAS, Council desires to insure that certain matters are property taken care
of before such annexation is approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Resolution No. 79-237 Approving Annexation of Plat 44660, Parcel
5503 to the City of Wayzata, not be forwarded to the State Municipal Board until
the following items are accomplished:
1. all special assessments outstanding on the parcel are paid;
2. the City Engineer shall determine what storm drainage easements
may be required across any portion of this property and insure
that such easements are granted in favor of the City of Wayzata
by the property owner; and
3. all costs associated with this request be paid by the
developer or the City of Wayzata.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counci , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor t ereo : Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyl. Neils.
