Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, riinnesota was he d on the
10 16th day of April , 1979 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-235
DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK WITH RESPECT TO THE FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 79-234
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has authorized the vacation of
a portion of Larch Lane north of Co. No. 9; and
WHEREAS, the City requires the temporary right to utilize the aforedescribed
portion of said road for public roadway purposes until such time as relocated
Larch Lane is opened for public use and officially accepted by the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA as follows:
1. That the City Clerk is directed to not file the resolution vacating the
aforedescribed portion of Larch Lane until such time as the following
conditions occur:
a. Fee title to said portion of said road is vested and recorded in the
name of Laukka and Associates, Inc., a Minnesota corporation.
b. A valid, recordable temporary easement for public roadway purposes
over the aforedescribed portion of Larch Lane in a form acceptable
to the City Attorney is provided the City Attorney for filing with
the appropriate County officials.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in or thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seibold and S aeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
