Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,M� nn esota was held on the
16th day of April , 1979 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmember Seibold
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 231
GARBAGE HAULERS LICENSE RENEWAL
WHEREAS, the application for Garbage Haulers License renewal has been
received from:
Eden Prairie Sanitation
7298 Prairie View Drive
Eden Prairie, MN
The above application was received in accordance with Chapter VI,
Section 600.01 of Plymouth City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a Garbage Haulers License be approved for the
above applicant for a one year period ending March 31, 1980.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
