Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
16th day of April , 19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmember Seibold
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 230
APPROVAL OF OFF -SALE NON -INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, J & T Supermarket, Inc., 11311 Highway 55, Plymouth, MN has applied
for an Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Liquor License, and
WHEREAS the application for the Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Liquor License for
J & T Supermarket, Inc. has been reviewed and recommended for approval by
the Police Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA That the Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Liquor License be
approved for the J & T Supermarket, Inc., effective through June 30, 1980.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils ,and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof;

and Spaeth ,
The following vote against or abstained; None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
