RESOLUTION NO. 2009-281
A RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION FROM
THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND INDUSTRY FOR
THE PURCHASE OF A THERMAL IMAGING CAMERA FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry, Occupational Safety and
Health Consultation Unit (MN OSHA) donates fiinding to local fire departments through their MN
OSHA safety grant program and has agreed to donate $2,000 to the City of Plymouth Fire
Department; and
WHEREAS, the donated fiinds will be utilized by the Department to assist with the purchase
of one new thermal imaging camera (TIC); and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City Council adopts the resolution accepting
the donation of $2,000 from the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry, Occupational
Safety and Health Consultation Unit (MN OSHA). Donated fiinds to be utilized by the
Plymouth Fire Department to assist with the purchase of one new thermal imaging camera.
