Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he d on t e
16th day of _ April , 19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth _.
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:

APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR TEMPORARY REAL ESTATE SALES OFFICES AND
DISPLAY HOME FOR WESTRIDGE ESTATES IN RPUD 78-3 FOR LARRY LAUKKA ASSOCIATES

WHEREAS, Larry Laukka Associates has requested an approval of a conditional
use permit for a temporary real estate sales office and display home north of
County Road 9 at the entrance to the Westridge Estates quadraminium development
in RPUD 78-3; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and recommends its
approval;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Larry Laukka
Associates for a temporary real estate sales office and display home in the
Westridge Estates quadraminium development subject to the following conditions:
1. Driving and parking areas shall be as shown on approved plans and
shall be paved and designed in accordance with Ordinance standards
to assure adequate ingress and egress;
2. The site performance financial guarantee for the quadraminium develop-
ment shall include restoration of the temporary parking area;
3. Detailed sign plans shall be submitted for approval by the Planning
Commission prior to the issuance of sign permits.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof-, Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt. Ngias.
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
