Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ar�au meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
7Fith day of April , 19_1_1. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #79-212
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR WESTRIDGE ESTATES
SECOND ADDITION (RPUD 78-3) FOR LARRY LAUKKA ASSOCIATES (A-745)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract
for Westridge Estates Second Addition as requested by Larry Laukka Associates;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording
of said plat;
1. Payment of park dedication fees in lieu of dedication for 42 single
family dwellings in an amount determined according to current park
dedication policy;
2. Naming of indicated streets in accordance with the adopted street naming
scheme;
3. Dedication of rights-of-way and utility and drainage easements approved
by the City Engineer;
4. Submission of revised final plan reflecting approved minimum yard set-
backs for typical dwellings.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof; Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly parksed and adopted,
