Councilmember Ho t introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-207
APPROVING LOT CnNSOLIDATION FOR EXISTING PLATTED AND UNPLATTED
PARCLLS FOR ROBERT WERNICK ON BEHALF OF PINK SUPPLY CO. (79015)

WHEREAS, Robert Wernick, 9809 Oak Ridge Trails, Minnetonka, MN, has requested
a consolidation of existing platted and unplatted parcels within the City of
Plymouth, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the variance from the Subdivision
Ordinance to allow the consolidation of platted land with unplatted land.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that is should and hereby does approve the following consolidation
and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessments
corrections based upon City policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin
County:
The following five platted and unplatted parcels are to be consolidated
into one parcel; all are in Section 27 in the City of Plymouth, Minnesota:
A. That part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 118, Range
22 which lies southerly of 15th Avenue North, southeasterly of Block C,
PLYMOUTH ORCHARDS, according to the recorded plat thereof and which
lies northwesterly of the following described line:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Southeast Quarter; thence
North 1 degree 16 minutes 20 seconds West, assumed bearing, along
the west line of said Southeast Quarter a distance of 39.11 feet to
the beginning of the line to be described; thence North 71 degrees
27 minutes 29 seconds East 1307.21 feet to the southerly line of
said 15th Avenue North and there terminating.
Subject to the westerly 60.00 feet for Xenium Lane.
B. Lot 3, Block C, PLYMOUTH ORCHARDS, Hennepin County, Minnesota, according
to the recorded plat thereof. Subject to the westerly 16.50 feet for
Xenium Lane.

C, D, E Lots 1, 2 and 4, Block C. PLYMOUTH ORCHARDS, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof. Subject to
the westerly 43.50 feet for Xenium Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Cquncilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in faVor ereo : Mayer Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
