Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a don t e

The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION. 1-9- 206
APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR ROBERT WERNICK/PINK SUPPLY CO. FOR WAREHOUSE/SHOWROOM/
OFFICE AT SOUTHEAST CORNER OF XENIUM LANE AND 15TH AVE. N. (79015)
WHEREAS Robert Wernick on behalf of Pink Supply Co. has submitted a site plan
for a 95,234 square foot warehouse/office/showroom facility on a 7.45 acre site
at the southeast corner of Xenium Lane and 15th Ave. N.; and,
WHEREAS the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has recommended
approval;
NOW, THERE"ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Robert Wernick
for Pink Supply Co. for site plan approval of a 95,2334 square foot warehouse/
showroom/office facility at the southeast corner of Xenium Lane and 15th Ave. N.
subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's memorandum for this project;
2. Payment of park dedication fees in lieu of dedication, based upon the
verified acreage and according to the current City park dedication
policy at the time of development;
3. Term of ordinance required financial guarantee for site improvements
shall be 18 months;
4. Detailed sign plans shall be submitted for approval by the Commission
prior to the issuance of sign permits;
5. No building permit shall be issued until an approved lot consolidation
has been filed with Hennepin County; variance is granted to consolidate
unplatted land from railroad right-of-way with platted parcels;
6. Easements for roadways, utilities, and drainage shall be submitted prior
to issuance of building permits.

7. The developer shall enter into an agreement with the City for bidding
for construction of necessary storm drainage improvements and payment
thereof to the developer, and tnat tnis agreement come back to Council
for approval.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
