Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota waseld on the
16th day of April 1979 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmember Seibold
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 202
APPROVING OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR WARD AND SUE WHEELER DBA/CENTER LIQUORS
WHEREAS, Ward and Sue Wheeler have submitted an application for an Off -Sale
Intoxicating Liquor License to operate an off -sale liquor store at
11331 Highway 55, Plymouth, Minnesota, 55441, and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on April 16, 1979, with regard
to said application, in accordance with Chapter XII, Section 1200 of the
Cidy Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that effective April 30, 1979, an Off -Sale Intoxicating
Liquor License be granted to Ward and Sue Wheeler to operate the Center
Liquor, 11331 Highway 55, Plymouth, MN 55441, subject to the approval of the
State Liquor Control Commissioner.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo e n favor thereof-, Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Neils and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and a&6ptid,
