Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Couucil of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heTJ on the
16th day of April , 19 79 . The following memhers wire
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were a sent: Councilmember Seibold
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the foilowinq_ Resolution and
moved its a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-201
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
SHEDD-BROWN/HONEYWELL
PROJECT NO. 916
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 79-189 of the City Council, adopted the 2nd day of
April, 1979, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to utility and
street improvements for the Shedd-Brown/Honeywell property and adjacent property;
and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of sanitary sewer, water -
main, storm sewer, bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter and all
necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 16th day
of April, 1979, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted April 2, 1979, including the following but
excluding the proposed sanitary sewer:
a. Improvement of Forestview Lane.
b. Watermain from Highway 55 to existing Co. Rd. 15.
c. Storm drainage for two ponding areas and Forestview Lane.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates is hereby designated as
engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifi-
fications for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
member Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
no owing voted inave or thereof: --Mayor Hunt, Councilmember Hoyt, Neils
and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: Non
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly -passedrand adopted.
