Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minn sota was held on the
10 2nd day of April , 19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmember Seibold
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 199
RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING BID FOR
CITY CENTER SOLAR ENERGY PROJECT
WHEREAS, on April 2, 1979, the City Manager provided the City Council with the
report and specifications relating to the City Center Solary Energy Project, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has had the opportunity to review this report
including the operating requirements of the system, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds the specifications as prepared by Thorson and
Thorshov, Architects for the project to be acceptable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the specifications
for City Center Solar Heating Project and further authorizes the call for bid
for this project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hgvt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof; Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils
and Spaeth
