Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was el on the
2nd day of __April , 19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hot Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmember Seibold
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 197
CIGARETTE LICENSES
WHEREAS, application for Cigarette Licenses have been received from:
J & T Supermarket, Inc.
11311 Highway 55
and
Happy Chef of Plymouth, Inc.
14370 - 28th Place
The above applications were received in accordance with Section 1150
of the City code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a Cigarette License be approved for J & T Supermarket
and Happy Chef of Plymouth, Inc., for the period ending December 31, 1979.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
