Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota wasel on tFie

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
Trove its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-196
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR - CITY HALL
PROJECT NO. 615
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 15, dated February 21, 1979, for the mechanical
contractor for the City Hall building project has been prepared by Thorsen &
Thorshov Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on request
for Payment No. 15 in the amount of $22,614.00 to Horwitz Mechanical, Inc. for
the City Hall Building Project No. 615.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof; Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Neils and Spaeth ,
