HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1979-195CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day of A ri1 19 79. The following members were present: _ Mayor Hunt, Councimembers Hoyt, Tfeils and Spaeth The following members were absent: Counci Imember bei'bo Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 79-195 REDUCING DEVELOPMEN BOND SHILOH 2ND ADDITION JA -331) WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated April 11, 1977, Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc., developer of Shiloh 2nd Addition (A-331), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below, and WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to reflect the completed work, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction 5111,500 $2,000 (Trail) Sanitary Sewer 111,200 0 Watermain 74,300 0 Storm Sewer 19,400 0 Boulevard Sod 10,500 3,000 Pond or Ditch Construction 5,000 2,000 Street Signs 900 900 Street Sweeping & Storm Sewer Cleaning 11000 11000 Erosion Control 5,000 3,000 Site Grading 57,900 0 TOTALS 5398,700 $11,900 That the Letter of Credit, which was previously reduced to $55,900, be further reduced to $11,900 to reflect the completed work. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction, storm sewer and concrete curb and gutter are accepted, as of April 2, 1979, for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the Developer.
