HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1979-19410 CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Ply:m�uth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day of April , 19 79. The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, Counci member oyt,—Veils and Spaeth ThP fnllnwina mPmhern wpre ahsent ouncilmember Z)e1 0 ems* Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 79-194 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND FERNDALE NORTH 2ND ADDITION (A-615) WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated March 27, 1977, Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc. developer of Ferndale North 2nd Addition (A-615), have agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below, and WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to reflect the completed work, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction S 28,824 $ 2,882 Sanitary Sewer 33,658 0 Water -main 31,055 0 Storm Sewer 13,981 0 Boulevard Sod 4,800 1,200 Pond or Ditch Construction 0 0 Street Signs 150 150 Street Sweeping & Storm Sewer Cleaning 3,000 3,000 Erosion Control 0 0 Site Grading 12,000 0 Parks 20,000 20,000 TOTALS 5147,468 $27,232 That the Letter of Credit, which was previously reduced to $52,950, be further reduced to $27,232 to reflect the completed work. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer are accepted as of April 2, 1979 for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the Developer. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Spaeth 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth , The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. �+► sra r�
