The following members were present: Mayo r Aunt, ouncilmembers Ho t. Neils and Spaeth The following members were a sent: Counci member Selbold Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved -'its adoption: RESOLUTION ¢79-198 APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR TRINITY PONDS FOR TRINITY ASSOCIATES (79009) WHEREAS, Trinity Associates has requested Preliminary Plat approval for Trinity Ponds a 7 single family lot subdivision on property known as Outlot A Canterbury Terrace west of Niagara Lane north of County Road 15; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at a duly called Public Hearing has reviewed the proposal and has recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Trinity Associates for Preliminary Plat approval of Trinity Ponds consisting of 7 single family dwelling lots subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's memorandum. 2. Dedication of 7 -feet of right-of-way adjacent to County Road 15. 3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with established City Policy at the time of final platting. 4. Final pat. shall indicate the minimum approved ground floor elevation for each lot and the proposed ground floor elevation for each lot in accordance with City policy. 5. Driveways onto County Road 15 shall be prohibited.
