Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION r79-136
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF REVISED FINAL PLAT FOR VICKSBURG INDUSTRIAL
PARK FOR GEORGE A. JACKSON ASSOCIATES, INC. (A-552)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the revised Final Plat and Development
Contract or Vicksburg Industrial Park as requested by George A. Jackson Associates;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the followinq prior to recording
of said plat:
1. Appropriate measures to implement construction of the proposed new
Medina Road and Ranchview Lane as approved by the City Engineer.
2. Review and approval of the property abstract by the City Attorney
shall be confirmed.
3. Provision for necessary utility and drainage easements as approved
by the City Engineer.
4. Further subdivision of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, shall not be allowed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo n favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils
and S aeth ,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
