Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota wasa don t e

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #79-185
APPROVING REVISED FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR VICKSBURG INDUSTRIAL
PARK FOR GEORGE A. JACKSON ASSOCIATES (A-552)
WHEREAS, the City Council on November 6, 1978 under Resolution 78-723 approved
a Final Plat and Development Contract for Vicksburg Industrial Park consisting
of 11 industrial lots at the northeast corner of 28th Avenue North and Vicksburg
Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the petitioner George A. Jackson Associates, Inc. has requested approval
of a revised Final Plat for the Vicksburg Industrial Park consisting of 9 industrial
lots and a revised Development Contract therefore; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and has recommended
approval; and,
WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a Developement Contract covering the improve-
ments related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of George A. Jackson
Associates, Inc. for revised Final Plat approval of Vicksburg Industrial Park a
plat for 9 industrial lots at the northeast corner of 28th Avenue North and
Vicksburg Lane;
FURTHER, that the revised Development Contract for said plat be approved and that
the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on
behalf of the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
followIng Voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils
0 ow ng voted against or abstained.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared dcly passed and adopted,
