Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reoular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was e d on t e

move its adoption:

SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR ROBERT MIDDLEMIST 4TH ADDITION
FOR ROBERT MIDDLEMIST (A-718)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract
for Robert Middlemist 4th Addition as requested by Robert Middlemist;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the following prior to recording
of said plat:
1. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in the amount of
$3,300 ($275 x 12 lots)
2. Conveyance of necessary easements for u'ility and drainage purposes as
approved by the City Engineer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Spaeth , and upon Vote being taken thereon, the
following Yo e n favor thereof*. Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils
and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
