Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held or tie
2nd daffy of April , 19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hot Neils ind Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmember _Seibold
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION #79-183
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR ROBERT MIDDLEMIST 4TH ADDITION
FOR ROBERT MIDDLEMIST (A-718)
WHEREAS, Robert Middlemist has requested approval of the Final Plat for Robert
Middlemist 4th Addition, a plat for 12 single family dwelling lots located in
Outlot A, Robert Middlemist 3rd Addition in the southeast quadrant of Zachary
Lane and County Road 9; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
approval; and,
WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improve-
ments related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Robert Middlemist
for Final Plat approval of Robert Middlemist 4th Addition, a plat for 12 single
family dwelling lots;
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote In favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hgyt, Neils
