Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetin�f of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
2nd day of April , 19 79 . The following mei;aiers were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Counci meT-ember Seibold
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its s -'Option:
RESOLUTION #79-181
APPROVING FINAL PLAT A_V0 DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR EVONNE'S LAKEVIEW ADDITION
FOR EDWARD T. JOHNSON (A-819)
WHEREAS, Edward T. Jchnson has requested approval of the Final Plat for Evonne's
Lakeview Addition a plat for 31 single family dwelling lots located on the west
side 0 Larch Lane at 48th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improve-
ments related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BY IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the request of Edward T. Johnson
for Final Plat approval of Evonne's Lakeview Addtion, a plat for 31 single family
dwelling lots west of Larch Lane at 48th Avenue North;
FURTHER, that the development contract for said plat be approved and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the development contract on behalf
of the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon Yote being taken thereon, the
following Yote in favor thereof; Mayor int. Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
