Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on t e
2nd day of April , 19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Council -members Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION `79-180
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING A FINAL PLAT FOR HADLEY PLACE FOR HADLEY
ASSOCIATES (A-522)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract
for Hadley Place as requested by Hadley Associates;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does direct the following prior to recording
of said plat:
I. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in the amount
of $5,775 (21 lots x $275 per dwelling unit)
2. Dedication of standard drainage and utility easements, as well as
drainage easements for the area below the established high water
mark as approved by the City Engineer.
3. Filing of a covenant on the subdivision, as approved by the City
Attorney, prohibiting further subdivision of the lots therein.
4. Developer shall petition for public improvements for Queensland Lane.
5. Completion of the Environmental Assessment review process.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n ravor thereo ; Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils
and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pAssed and adopted,
