Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rela meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was e d on t e
2nd day of April , 19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hovt, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmemher SPihold
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #79-179
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR HADLEY PLACE AS PROPOSED BY
HADLEY ASSOCIATES (A-522)
WHEREAS, Hadley Associates has requested approval of the Final Plat for Hadley
Place, a plat for 21 single family dwelling lots located west of Oueensland Lane
and north of 2nd Avenue North, and a development contract therefore; and,
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its' approval; and,
WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improve-
ments related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
10 MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Hadley Associates
for Final Plat approval of Hadley Place a plat for 21 single family dwelling lots;
FURTHER, that the development contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the developa',�nt contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cou c' , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Neils and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
