RESOLUTION NO. 79-178
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
KINGSWOOD FARM WATERMAIN
PROJECT NO. 922
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 79-133 of the City Council, adopted the 5th day of
March, 1979, fixed a date for a public hearing on the improvement of Highway
101 by installation of a watermain from the Luce Line Trail to First Avenue,
and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 2nd day
of April, 1979, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted March 5, 1979.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik 8 Associates is hereby designated as
engineer for the improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifi-
cations for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember H21t , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

and Spaeth
