'Minnesota was held on the 2nd d -ay of _ April 19 79. The following members were present: M,]vor Hunt—Councilrne tiers Efovt, Neils and Spaeth the fottowing members were absent: Cor�nciimember Seibold Councilvreriber• Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 79-177 ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS HADLEY PLACE - QUEENSLAND AREA PROJECT NO. 921 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 79-132 of the City Council, adopted the 5th day of March, 1979, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to the Hadley Place - Queensland Area - Utility and Street Improvements; and WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of bituminous surface with concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 2nd day of April, 1979, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted March 5, 1979, except delete sewer along lake north of Hadley Place Addition. 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates is hereby designated as engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. 3. Final determir.ltion of water main location loop connection shall be determined during preparation of final plans. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by ouncilmember Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the 1.0 lowing voted in favor reof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth The following voted against or- acstained: lione Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. ,►�• irr,r *,k,t
