Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ar lar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was eld on the
19th day of March , 19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hoyt, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmember Neils
Co ncilmem Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-171
RESOLUTION ADOPTING 1979 SALARY ADMINISTRATION, POSITION CLASSIFICATION AND
PERFORMANCE EVALUATION PLANS
WHEREAS, on November 6, 1973, the City Council authorized Stanton Associates,
Inc., to undertake a personnel study to review the Plymouth personnel system,
including position classification, salary administration and performance
review plans, and
WHEREAS, in his report dated March 14, 1979, the City Manager has presented the
recommendations of this study, and the Council has received a presentation by
Stanton Associates on the study.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that is should and hereby does adopt the recommendations contained in
the City Manager's report of March 14, 1979, which incorporates the Stanton
Associates, Inc. recommendation for changes in the City's position classific-
ation, salary administration and performance evaluation plans, effective
April 1, 1979.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho t , and upon vote being taken thereon. the
following vo e n favor thereof; Mayor Hung Councilmemhprq Hngt
and Seibold
