Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Plinnesota was held on the
19th day of March 1979 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, -Seibold and Spaeth
The followinq members were absent: Councilmember Neils
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79- 167
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 811 AND 813
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following:
1. Additional sanitary sewer service for Parcels 3025 and 3050 on Oakview
Lane.
2. Additional storm sewer required by Hennepin County on Revere Lane at
County Road No. 9 and replace existing corrugated metal storm sewer in
Lost Lake area.
3. Relocate hydrant on 49th Avenue.
AND, WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 2 for Projects 811 and 813 is recommended for
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that Change Order No. 2, Projects 811 and 813, adding $8,105.00 is approved, and
that the existing contract price of $288,079.50 is revised to $296,184.50.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor therms: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Seibold
and Spaeth
