Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, arPfl,r meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was-> ld-on the

present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers oyt, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmember Neils
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-166
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR THE FOUR SEASONS-MC4DOWLAWN TRAIL
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has an adopted Trail System Plan identifying
the proposed linear trail; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has adopted a Parks Capital Improvements
Program identifying the trail corridor for development; and
WHEREAS, the authorized grant application has received preliminary approval
for funding; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to present bidders with plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that staff be directed to:
Have plans and specifications prepared by the firm of Bonestroo, Rosene and
Anderlik Associates, and
That said plans and specifications shall not exceed $1,500,
The same be appropriated from the Trail Account of the Parks Dedication Fund
to the Construction Account (401-401-810-927) entitled Four Seasons-Meadowlawn
Trail
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho t , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
To -75 -wing voted in favor thereof. Mayor Hunt, Councilmember Hoyt and
Seibold

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopted,
