Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was e d on t e

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-165
PLYMOUTH HILLS ADDITION, LOTS 6 AND 7, BLOCK 1 GUIDING
WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution No. 78-530, adopted on August 28, 1978,
did approve a revised General Development Plan for the Plymouth Hills Company
for the Plymouth Hills Addition (A-675), and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat for the Plymouth Hills Company Addition was reviewed
and approved by the City Council on August 28, 1978 by Resolution No. 78-532,
and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Hills Company has requested additional clarification
with respect to the final use for Lots 6 and 1, Block 1, Plymouth Hills Addition,
which use specified by the approved General Development Plan for restaurant
(Class I) and lounge;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it is the intent of the City Council to approve site plans for
restaurant (Class I) and lounge operations on each of Lots 6 and 7, Block 1,
Plymouth Hills Addition in accordance with the approved General Development Plan,
providing that all requirements of the City's ordinances are met with respect to
such site plans and provided that none of the practices defined as those of a
Class II restaurant be permitted.
FURTHER that on-site consumption of alcoholic beverages will.be considered
appropriate for such restaurant (Class i) and lounge operations provided the
applicants are deemed qualified to operate on -sale liquor in accordance with
the City Code.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
