RESOLUTION NO. 2009-276
RESOLUTION APPROVINGGRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE
STATE OF MINNESOTA'S DIVISION OF HOMELAND SECURITY
AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, The City of Plymouth, has placed former Police Sergeant Robert Nesbitt in the
Minnesota Joint Analysis Center, where he has worked as a contract employee since July of 2005; and
WHEREAS, the previous grant is projected to end for Mr. Nesbitt on December 4, 2009 and
this new approved grant for $86,700.00 will take over directly after that date to continue his services
to MNJAC and the Plymouth Police Department.
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth will be compensated for all costs associated with this grant
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA are hereby authorized to accept the grant and enter into an
agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Division of Homeland Security and
Emergency Management for the project entitled Minnesota Joint Analysis Center for a period to
expire on March 31, 2011.
